In Escambia County, Buddy Jackson and Rhonda Jackson were arrested for torture or willful abuse of a 16 year-old child. In separate cases, Timothy Odom was arrested for rape, first degree, involving a 13 year-old child and Corey Beasley was arrested for fondling a child under the age of 12 years-old.
Sexual predators use many tactics to put themselves in contact with children, including scouting, church and educational activities. Some children are lured into homes by being offered money for a small job, or gifts. We will be following these cases.
