Denyel Loos, Christpher William Azary and Tia Henrikson face felony charges related to the death of an infant, Marc Azary and the poor living conditions of two surviving children in the household.

In Idaho, Denyel Loos, Christopher William Azary and Tia Henrickson face felony child abuse charges related to the death of an infant, Marc Azary and the poor dwelling conditions the two other surviving children were forced to live in.

News stories report that the deceased infant, Marc Azary had methadone in his system at the time of his death and it is thought to be a contributing factor in his death. Allegedly, Denyel Loos took delivery of methadone from Tia Henrickson. Ms. Hendrickson is not licensed to dispense or prescribe Methadone. Allegedly, Denyel Loos does not have a prescription for Methadone. The source of the Methadone has not been disclosed to the media.

Fortunately, the two surviving children that lived in the home are in protective custody at present.  Hearings for the three defendants will be held on January 9th at 9:00 a.m.
