In Colorado, Shad Skov is sentenced to prison in connection with an HIV infection his infant son contracted. Reportedly, he pled guilty to felony child abuse. News stories report that allegedly, Mr. Skov did not disclose his infection to his fiancée during their relationship and allegedly doctors discovered Mr. Skov infected his fiancée and son with HIV when the infant became significantly underweight and developed pneumonia when he was four months of age.
