In Denton, the Too Kool 4 School Kids Club Day Care was shut-down by Texas Child Protective Services pending the investigation into the death of an infant and the overcrowded conditions.

In Denton, a licensed day care referred to as Too Kool 4 School Kids Club Day Care located in a home on Palomino Court was closed by the Texas Child Protective Services pending the investigation into the death of a 4 month-old infant and the overcrowded conditions.  In general, home-based day cares may be licensed for up 12 children. The Too Kool 4 School Kids Club Day care had 21 children. There is no previous history of state violations. The investigation into the death of the baby is ongoing.
