In Georgia, Kecia Whitfield, 43 year-old, is charged with providing alcohol to a minor and reckless conduct. Cobb County police are investigating the matter after several teens were involved in a car accident that resulted in the death of Garrett Reed. The driver of the other car sustained a broken leg.  

Garrett attended Harrison High School and was on the football team.
