In Illinois, Pernell Hampton, 34 year-old, pled guilty to two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Deanna Johnson, a four year-old girl is dead. Her death took place in November of 2007. Charges against the mother of the deceased child are pending. New stories have not released the mother’s name. Deanna was allegedly injected with morphine and died. She was dead upon arrival of the EMS. Deanna’s siblings have since then been removed from the home and are in protective custody.
