In Indiana, Tina Byrd and Kassandra Byrd face additional charges in connection with the deaths of two babies, John Wenninger and Matthew Cheng.

In Indiana, Tina Byrd and Kassandra Byrd face additional charges in connection with the deaths of two babies, John Wenninger and Matthew Cheng. Kassandra Byrd is Tina Byrd’s nineteen-year-old daughter. News stories report that Mrs. Byrd allegedly coached other children in the home to lie about the circumstances surround the death of the both babies. Both women currently remain in custody. Formal charges against them include obstruction of justice and conspiracy to obstruct justice for both infant deaths.
