In Kentucky, Matthew Pyles faces murder charges in connection with the alleged child abuse death of his infant son, Gaige Pyles. Matthew Pyles and his wife Johnna Town took Gaige to a Florence hospital emergency room. Gaige was transferred to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital of Ohio were he succumbed to his brain injuries. Matthew Pyles is currently held without bond.
