In Michigan, Mannie Lee Holmes, III will face one count of felony murder for first degree child abuse in the death of infant, Christian Holmes. Four month-old Christian Holmes died on October 4, 2008. Mr. Holmes brought Christian to Bronson Hospital on September 12th with the complaint that the infant was unresponsiveness. Healthcare providers discovered that Christian had a severe brain injury.
