In Minnesota, Jessica Dominique Caldwell and Demetrius Charles Willis were arrested in connection with the alleged child abuse death of two-year-old Julian James-Robert Williams.

In Minnesota, Jessica Dominique Caldwell and Demetrius Charles Willis were arrested in connection with the alleged child abuse death of two-year-old Julian James-Robert Williams. Authorities determined that Julian died from blunt-force trauma. The autopsy revealed he sustained lacerations to his liver and pancreas. He was emergently taken to Children’s Hospital in St. Paul and underwent surgery. However, he did not survive the tragic ordeal. Police arrested Julian’s mother, Ms. Caldwell and her boyfriend, Mr. Willis. Ms. Caldwell is not known to have a criminal record. Mr. Willis allegedly has an extensive domestic violence history.
