In Missouri, Timothy Danielson, 26 year-old, is charged with second-degree murder for the death of his 5 month-old son, Ayden Harley. News stories report that Mr. Danielson allegedly admitted to restricting the baby’s breathing. Ayden died this past Friday morning at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
