In Nebraska, Augustine Rubio is charged with the death of his infant daughter, Tatiana Riveria. Tatiana was pronounced dead on January 9th at Creighton University Medical Center. Meanwhile Mr. Rubio is being held in the Douglas County Corrections Center.
Emergency response personnel responded to a call to the home of Rubio on Wednesday evening for a call regarding a child not breathing. Tatiana was emergently transferred to Bergan Mercy Medical Center and later transferred to Creighton for critical care.
