In New York, one year-old, James Farrior, died after falling into a bucket of water and drowing while at day care run by Kristal Khan.  Little James was found alive, but in distress, and rushed emergently by fire fighters to Jamaica Hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards.  

Ms. Khan runs a small daycare. Her two children, ages 3 and 4 were there at the time of the tragedy that took place.
