In New York, Westchester County Medical Examiner’s Office released toxicology report findings that support alcohol and marijuana use may have been involved in the deadly car accident that killed Diane Schuler, the children and the passengers in the other vehicle on July 26th. Mrs. Schuler’s family claims she did not have a drinking and substance abuse problem. Her husband, Daniel Schuler, reports he has never seen his wife intoxicated. The investigation is still underway. What originally started out as a 140-mile trip home from a camping trip for Mrs. Schuler and the kids somehow ended in a fiery car crash approximately four hours later.
