In North Dakota, Aarin Cratty is charged in connection with the death of his son, Hank Allen Arden. Mr. Cratty has pleaded not guilty in the case. The 3-month-old boy died in October 2009. Allegedly, his injuries were consistent with non-accidental trauma. Mr. Cratty faces possible life in prison.
