In Ohio, a Toledo father, Robert Wielinski, has been charged with felonious assault and child endangerment for the death of his four-week-old son. Allegedly, while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, Mr. Wielinski allegedly threw his infant to the floor. Reportedly, he admitted to authorities that he was not able to console the infant. The baby suffered two skull fractures, fractured ribs and bleeding in the eyes. The assault took place on April 5th. The baby died this Tuesday. The infant was hospitalized at St. Vincent-Mercy Hospital.
