In May, Neveah Salinas Robledo was found dead in her Kings Road home. Investigators believe that allegedly Christina Robledo rolled over in bed on top of Neveah while she was under the influence of alcohol and drugs. The Santa Clara County Coroner reported the baby’s death was due to “asphyxia due to overlay during bed-sharing”.
Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Christina Robledo. She faces charges of voluntary manslaughter.
