In Wisconsin, Precious Fitz Marney faces charges related to the death of an infant boy, Jalen Knox-Perkins. The baby died while in the care of the Bumble Bee Learning Center. 

Mr. Marney pled guilty in to charges connected with leaving the baby in the day care van to succumb to hyperthermia. The temperature reportedly reached 104 degrees after 40 minutes. News stories report that the child had been left in the van for five hours.  

The case was heard by the Milwaukee County Circuit Court. Sentencing will take place July 16th
