The Medical Examiner ruled that three-year-old Charles Michael Brandley died from child abuse homicide. The tragedy occurred last week. Emergency responders were called to a home for a complaint that a child fell down the stairs. Initially Charles was emergently transported to Baltimore Washington Medical Center. However, he was flown to Johns Hopkins Medical Center when it was determined that his condition was critical. Sadly, Charles passed away on Wednesday. Police are investigating presently and charges have not been determined as of this posting.
