Settlement for child burned by hot tea at restaurant
A child who was severely burned at a restaurant when a busboy/waiter spilled hot tea on the baby received a settlement for the burns, and was successfully represented by Christopher Keane and The Keane Law Firm. The burns happened because the busboy failed to keep the tea pot far enough away from the child while approaching the table.
