Want to help direct millions of dollars of charitable funding to the children’s health or safety charity of your choice?
Refer a potential child abuse or child injury case to us and we’ll donate 25% of our attorney fee earned on your referral to the children’s health or safety charity of your choice.
Simply refer a child abuse or child injury case to The Keane Law Firm. You can give our phone number to the parents or caregivers of a child who has been injured or abused. They may then consider hiring our firm to represent their injured child in a civil lawsuit related to abuse, injury or even the death of a child. We represent abused and injured children in all manner of cases, including: child abuse, foster care abuse, animal attacks, brain injuries, burns, defective products, eye injuries, lead poisoning from chipped paint in improperly maintained rental properties, orthopedic or neurological injuries sustained in car, bus or other public transportation crashes, pool injuries, playground injuries, shaken baby/abusive head trauma cases, and wrongful death cases.
The Keane Law Firm will guarantee you, in writing, that we will donate 25% of our net attorney fee, after taxes are paid, on any case you refer to our firm to the children’s health or safety charity of your choice, including your own charitable foundation if you have one. Our certified public accountants (CPA) will obtain the name of your chosen charity once the case is referred, verify that it is a proper charity, and will provide you with written confirmation that the donation has been made when the civil case has been concluded.
In reality, the family of the child abuse victim is going to hire a lawyer, whether you refer them to The Keane Law Firm or not. And a lawsuit will be filed on behalf of the child, whether you refer them to our firm or not. And, as in most instances, if it is a worthwhile case there may be millions of dollars awarded to the child – and to their lawyers for fees.
If you don’t refer the case to our firm, 100% of the attorney fees will go to lawyers who work on the child abuse case, and perhaps some will even go to what is known as a “referring lawyer” who did nothing other than make a single phone call and refer the case to the lawyers who actually handled the case. That “referring lawyer” may take 25% of the attorney fee for that one phone call. Wouldn’t you rather see 25% of the attorney fees go to charities that you know are devoted to helping the children you dedicate your life to serving? It’s a very simple, yet very important thing you can do that can make a huge difference for the future health and safety of our children.
All you need to do is give the parents or caregivers The Keane Law Firm name and toll-free number 1-888-592-KIDS (5437). We are not asking for you to vouch for our firm, rather, we are simply requesting that you ask the parents to consider The Keane Law Firm based upon our firm’s commitment to helping children and funding pediatric research and child safety organizations. It will ultimately be the parents’ choice whether they want to hire our firm, and whether we feel we are the right firm for the child, after a meeting between the family and lawyers from The Keane Law Firm.
Our law firm respects the doctors and other professionals who are involved in caring for our clients. Unlike some law firms that may randomly subpoena doctors and other professionals who help children, to court for trial or for depositions, or place other unnecessary burdens on them as part of the legal process, our firm understands the busy and important nature of your work with children and that you did not choose your profession to spend unnecessary time in court or involved in lawsuits. We will always honor and accommodate your schedule, your wishes and dedication to your practice, if you are needed as a witness in the case. We make it a top priority to have a working relationship with the healthcare providers and other professionals who treat our clients, rather than an adversarial one. We want to do our part to help your child injury patient achieve the financial security they will need to be properly cared for and treated for as long as they will need it.
