A deadly accident involving four children and an ATV reportedly happened on Columbus Circle near Red Springs. Authorities reporte that 12-year-old Alexander Locklear died after the driver of an ATV carrying Locklear and three other children lost control and hit a tree. Troopers say all the children were under the age of 13.
