In Lincolnshire, the Minee Subee in the Park daycare has been closed down by the Department of Children and Family Services for the investigation into the death of Benjamin Kingan.

In Lincolnshire, the Minee Subee in the Park daycare has been closed down by the Department of Children and Family Services for the criminal investigation into the death of toddler, Benjamin Kingan. The day care was ordered shut down at 1:00 pm Friday, January 30^th. Evidence was seized from the day care facility. Investigators from Lake County Major Crimes Task Force and Lincolnshire Police Department obtained a warrant to seize computers, documents and other records.  

Sixteen month-old Benjamin Kingan died on January 14^th from alleged child abuse. He attended the day care with his twin sister. Allegedly, Melissa Calusinski fatally injured Benjamin. The autopsy revealed he had a skull fracture and head injury. Lake County State’s Attorney Michael Waller is quoted in a news story as saying, “…The investigation determined that there were serious problems at the Lincolnshire Minee Subee day care center…”
