Mr. Keck was allegedly videotaping minors in his Marietta home between 2002 and 2003. Mr. Keck owned another residence near Stockport located in Morgan County. New stories report that he allegedly used the cabin to take boys there to engage in illicit activities. An investigation was started after one of the minors reported his relationship with Keck to authorities. After he was arrested, more minors came forward to police.
