In Williamson County, Texas, Alfred Soto Enriquez was found guilty of child sex abuse and aggravated sexual assault of a child. Judge Ken Anderson stacked the charges making Enriquez not eligible for parole until he is 96 years-old. Mr. Enriquez is the first person in Texas to be charged under Jessica’s Law. Jessica’s Law carries a minimum of 25 years prison with no chance of parole and maximum of life in prison if convicted of child sex abuse.
