Ben Hunter, 41 arrested for crimes related to alleged child sex abuse after being featured on America’s Most Wanted.

Ben Hunter, 41-year-old was a Virginia high school volunteer wrestling coach. He was charged in May, 2004 with allegedly sexually assaulting a student wrestler and providing anabolic steroids to members of the wrestling team. He fled the state after he was released on bond. The U.S. Marshalls and Child Predator Apprehension Team searched for him. He was featured on America’s Most Wanted. Finally, he was arrested in Phoenix near Indian School Road and Central Avenue. He faces 26 criminal charges.  

Child predators often seek out positions that put them in contact with children and child activities. While most adults do not sexually molest children, sexual predators do seek out contact with children in a variety of ways. Monitor strangers and acquaintances around your child.
