In Weld County District Court, Lamar Roberts pled guilty to child abuse and causing the death of Zoe Garcia. She died on December 6, 2007.  News stories report that Mr. Lamar and his girlfriend, Heather Trujillo, were acting out “Mortal Kombat” moves on little Zoe Garcia which ultimately resulted in her death.
