Shaken Baby Syndrome Head Injury Case/Assault of a 4 month old-child Kaleb Wakefield

This is a tragic story of a young nanny who has been charged with assault of a 4 month old-child she was babysitting.  The child had a skull fracture and bleeding inside his skull and is now reportedly blind.   According to published reports, the police claim that the nanny admitted striking the child's head against the side of the crib.   The boy's father, Aaron Wakefield, has reportedly told police that his son was fine when left with the nanny.  We wish young Kaleb wakefield the best in his recovery.  Here's a link to the story.
