In New York, Scott Archbold and Christina Benjamin have been arrested and charged for the child abuse injuries sustained by their infant daughter. The five month- old girl is in critical condition with fractured legs, ribs and clavicle. According to news stories the baby girl has evidence of healing fractures from previous episodes of abuse. She is currently hospitalized at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
