The book entitled No one would believe it: Experiences of a child abuse investigator written by Evelyn Kelly Norman is available. Ms. Norman is a former case worker for the Department of Family and Children Services. She authored a book describing what caseworkers, the everyday unsung heroes, do for abused children and the community. The book contains descriptions of real-life cases and child abuse situations with only the names changed to protect confidentiality.
