Amanda Brumfield is held in jail without bail by court order for charges in connection with the 2008 death of one-year-old Olivia Garcia. Allegedly, Olivia had sustained a skull fracture while in the care of Ms. Brumfield. Ms. Brumfield is 29 years-old and faces charges of first degree murder, aggravated child abuse and aggravated manslaughter. News stories report that allegedly Ms. Brumfield waited two hours before calling paramedics.
