In California, Enrique Gonzalez, 26-year-old, faces charges of mayhem, child abuse, false imprisonment, battery, participating in criminal street gang and committing a crime for the benefit of a gang. He is accused of allegedly holding his 7-year-old son down and while another person tattooed the boy’s abdomen. The boy’s mother reported it to Fresno authorities. Mr. Gonzales has been arrested and charged. The alleged tattoo artist has also been arrested. Reportedly, the alleged child abusers tattooed a dog paw symbol on the little boy. News stories report that the symbol represents one of Fresno’s criminal street gangs, known as Bulldogs.
