In Colorado, Alex Midyette is found guilty of criminal negligent child abuse for the death of his infant son, Jason Midyette. Jason was only 76 days old when he died. Midyette’s bail was set at 1.5 million dollars due to flight risk. He will face sentencing on Thursday. He may get up to 16 years in prison. Molly Midyette is serving a 16 year prison term.
