In Colorado, an unrestrained infant passenger was critically injured in the roll-over motor vehicle accident involving Jessica Martinez and Daniel Medina.

In Colorado, an unrestrained infant passenger was critically injured in the roll-over motor vehicle accident involving Jessica Martinez and Daniel Medina. The tragedy occurred around noon on Monday, September 21, 2009 on Rio Grande County Road 13. When police and emergency personnel arrived they found Jessica and the baby had been ejected and seriously injured during the roll-over accident. Allegedly, there was no child restraint system in use.  The infant remains hospitalized at Rio Grande Hospital.
