In Colorado, jury selection in process for the trial of Alex Midyette facing charges for the death of his son, Jason Midyette. Alex Midyette is the 29 year-old father to deceased baby, Jason Midyette. Jason died from injuries sustained during alleged child abuse. The investigation reveals that Jason had a skull fracture and over 20 fractures elsewhere in his body. He died in 2006. This trial has been moved and post-poned twice. Molly Midyette, the deceased infant’s mother, has already been tried and convicted. She is serving 16 years in prison.
