In Ohio, Robert Wielinski is charged with felonious assault and child endangerment. This 30-year-old Toledo man has faced arraignment in Toledo Municipal Court. He is charged with critically injuring his infant son. Tragically, the 4-week-old infant sustained a fractured skull and severe brain injury while in the care of his father, Mr. Wielinski. The child was treated emergently at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center on April 5, 2009. News stories report that allegedly Mr. Wielinski lost his temper with the baby.
