In Pennsylvania, Hector Jaiman III, of Florida was arrested for charges connected to the death of his six-month-old son, Hector Jaiman IV. News stories report that Mr. Jaiman was arrested by Federal agents while visiting family in Pennsylvania. He has been charged with first-degree murder and aggravated child abuse for the February death of his son. On February 1, 2009 the baby was in distress when he was found by a visitor in his father’s home. The boy was in his father’s care allegedly during the time in question. The visitor called 911 and the baby was taken emergently to Brandon Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
