In Wisconsin, Daniel Schaefer, 23-year-old, is facing charges for his role in a deadly drunk driving accident that caused the death of Lacey Meinel. Lacey was just 14-years-old when she died. She was a passenger in a car while returning home from a figure-skating event.

News stories report that model citizen, Daniel Schaefer, was driving the wrong way on Winneconee Highway on January 10^th. At the time of his arrest, his blood alcohol level was allegedly 2.5 times the legal limit.
