In Wisconsin, Jazmyn Walker died after suffering non-accidental head trauma allegedly while in the care of Justin Lake. According to news stories, La Crosse police believe the deceased child was abused and it could have been prevented. Allegedly, Jazmyn’s mother left Jazmyn in the care of Mr. Lake on the day in question.
Mr. Lake remains in custody in connection with Jazmyn’s death.
