Jesse Ramirez and Edwin Pellecier have died from their injuries. Joe Sauceda Gellegos is charged with two counts of first-degree murder.
In Phoenix, Jesse Ramirez and Edwin Pellecier have both died from injuries sustained during a senseless beating that occurred at the Phoenix park on 91st Avenue and Buckeye. A neighbor found Jesse, 7 years-old, and Edwin, 10-years-old, lying near a playground slide severely injured after being bludgeoned. The suspect, Joe Sauceda Gallegos, remains in custody. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder. The family of the victims and community are mourning their loss.
