Kayley Ishii, young girl, dies in washing machine in California

Kayley Ishii, a young girl of the age of 4, reportedly died in a washing machine which was activated by her 15 month old brother. According to the police, the controls were at a height where the 15 month old could activate them from a standing position. This is a tragic loss.
