California 10-Year-Old Killed in Tragic Car Accident

A 10-year-old girl from California died in a tragic Yolo County car accident on Monday, November 23, when the car she was riding in overturned, according to ABC's News 10 website.  Four others sustained injuries in the fatal crash, which occurred when the driver lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a gate.  Upon impact, the car flipped mulitple times and two young children were ejected from the vehicle.  Although 10-year-old Destiny Martinez was not ejected, she was killed in the devastating car accident.  The Keane Law Firm expresses its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the victim in this accident.  Our thoughts are with you at this indescribably difficult time.
