"He normally would be smiling and running to me when I open the door, he didn't do any of that," said Patience Thomas. "His face was red, his right eye was bleeding...the top of his head was red and bruised."
Thomas reportedly took her son to the hospital to be checked out. Now, she's reportedly asking questions about what happened at the Sugar and Spice Academy day care center on Draper Road in Northwest Harris County.
