It was reported that Police believe two children who drowned Friday in an Antioch swimming pool somehow got through a child-safety fence surrounding the pool and fell into the water. It was reported that Daniela Espinosa temporarily left her two children, 3-year-old Victor Cano and 1-year-old Adamari Cano, unattended in the back yard of their 1100 East 13th St. home, said police. It was reported that she returned and found her children in the pool and immediately jumped in to save them.
