A Union County man will reportedly spend seven years behind bars on two child endangering charges.
According to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Christopher P. Farker was reportedly sentenced to seven years and currently is at the Southeastern Correctional Institution according to 10tv.com
An appeals court upheld his 2011 conviction on Tuesday.
Farker’s victim was reportedly a 4-month-old infant diagnosed with shaken baby syndrome.
