In Georgia, Christopher Brian Gilreath is a registered sex offender from Pennsylvania that failed to register in Georgia. Mr. Gilreath is charged with felony murder, aggravated battery and cruelty to children for the death of Joshua Pinckney. Joshua was just two years-old when he died. He had been adopted by Gilreath’s girlfriend. Joshua was found dead in his bed on Friday. The investigation reveals he suffered blunt trauma to the head. Joshua’s sister has been removed from the home and is now in the custody of child welfare officials. Gilreath remains in Forsyth County Jail.
