In Indiana, Engelica Castillo and Tim Tkachik face murder charges in connection with the death of two-year-old Jada Justice. Authorities are holding Castillo and Tkachik in the Lake County Jail without bail. Reportedly, they face charges in connection with murder, neglect of a dependent, battery and false informing. According to news stories, Jada Justice was murdered, her body burned and encased in concrete then dumped in another county.
