In Michigan, Glen Hall and Gerald Hall of Clare County will go to trial for first-degree child abuse and torture charges in Clare County. Reportedly, Glen Hall faces additional habitual offender charges in connection with the child abuse case. Allegedly, he was on probation for operating under the influence causing serious injury, a charge he pled guilty to in Isabella County.
News stories report that the Hall duo used a blow torch to repeatedly burn a six year-old boy’s buttocks to punish him. The child suffered second- and third-degree burns. The victim is the son of Gerald Hall.
