In Minnesota, Justin David Lake is jailed in connection with the death of a two-year-old girl. His case will be heard in Goodhue County. Tabitha Hansen is mourning the loss of her daughter. The child died on July 5th at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester. The child’s healthcare providers say she sustained non-accidental head trauma. The autopsy is pending.
News stories report that allegedly Mr. Lake had encouraged Ms. Hansen to leave the little girl with him while she went shopping. Allegedly, the child was critically injured while in the care of Mr. Lake.
