In New York, Kevion Shand has died from injuries sustained while in the care of his grandmother, Angela Barksdale. He was just four years-old when he died. News stories report that he had blunt trauma to the head. Kevion was found unresponsive by emergency responders and pronounced dead at the scene. The medical examiner’s office reports he had brain hemorrhaging. His death was ruled a homicide.
